Thank you for your interest in Craftsmen Hardware Company, your source for the finest hand crafted, copper, Arts & Crafts Style hardware available. Each piece of our hardware is carefully hand cut, hand hammered, and hand finished with a rich brown patina. This is what sets our products apart from many other hardware manufacturers, who mass-produce lower quality, cast pieces that can be sold and shipped out very quickly.

Custom work and size variations are available for many of our items, but a template or diagram must be sent in before production can begin. Samples are made for large quantities of custom items, and are sent out for customer approval. These samples must be returned to Craftsmen Hardware before we can start production. Please note that custom items must be paid in full before shipping and are absolutely non-returnable.

Craftsmen Hardware items are typically finished in our rich brown patina, but other finish options are available. A black or raw copper (non patinated) finish can be chosen at no extra charge, and our premium highlighted finish is also available for an additional fee. Each color option (excluding the Arts & Crafts patina) is considered custom and is therefore non-returnable.

Please remember that each item from Craftsmen Hardware is completely handmade, and slight differences (as well as small color variations) are inherent in each piece. Prices and product availablity may vary without notice, so please check with customer service upon ordering.

Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production, with the balance due before shipment. Master Card and Visa are accepted.

Delivery

Being that each item is completely handmade and made to order (we keep nothing in stock), our lead times hover around six to eight weeks from the date we receive an order. Please take this into consideration if you are planning to order. Items will be shipped in six to eight weeks or less. Custom items may take longer. An order may be rushed for an additional 20% charge, and will ship in three to four weeks. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, US Priority Mail, or Fedex Express Saver at the discretion of Craftsmen Hardware, unless specified by the customer (which may result in a higher shipping rate).

Return Policy

Each item is made to order and is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Custom items, custom colors, economical, and reduced price items are non-returnable. Any grille size not shown on the grille information page is considered custom and is also non-returnable.

Discounts

Discounts are as follows: 5% discount with a $500+ order, 10% discount with a $1000+ order, 15% discount with a $1500+ order; 20% discount with a $2000+ order; and 25% discount with a $2500+ order. 25% is our maximum discount. Baldwin items (item numbers beginning with the letter "B") have already been discounted and are not included in the above discounts. Other exclusions may apply.
